About the Role

As our first Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the implementation strategy, deployment, and performance of our Al agents. You will be directly accountable for their success in real-world environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with our customers to define their Al roadmap.

• Writing & iterating on LLM workflows and prompt logic tailored to each client specific use cases.

• Leading the execution of a squad with engineers and ops to excel both on the short-term delivery and long-term product planning.

• Helping invent a new category of product by defining how LLM features are specced, tested, monitored, and iterated upon.

What we are looking for:

• Strong client-facing communication skills — you listen actively, present clearly, and build lasting trust.

• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering, operations) to reach ambitious KPls.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs — from prompt engineering and building proof-of-concepts to deploying in real-world environments.

• Technical fluency - you're comfortable reading and writing Python, testing APls, and collaborating with engineers.

• Ability to simplify complexity — you thrive in technical environments but aim to make ideas understandable, pragmatic, and rally non-technical stakeholders around a clear vision.

• Detail-oriented and structured - particularly when designing workflows that must comply with strict business rules.

• Data-driven — you define success metrics, track performance, and use insights to iterate quickly.

• Experience - 5+ years in product roles, ideally in Saas, Al, or fast-paced environments.
